Hi there! My name is Autumn Hardesty. I'm an enthusiastic and creatively-driven graphic designer with over a decade of design experience working with clients across all industries. My passion is creating brand identities that help small businesses and large companies alike to attract a loyal audience and communicate their values through a clean, professional, and unique brand identity.As someone who has helped run various small businesses as well as design for them, I understand the importance of a cohesive brand identity that includes a striking, memorable logo, color palette, packaging, social media assets, business cards, signage, and much more.Outside of graphic design, I love spending time with my family and pets, drinking matcha lattes, and watching true crime. I enjoy expressing myself through fashion and art. I lived in Japan for 2.5 years and have a huge passion for international exchange.

1. inquiry

first, clients are asked to fill out an inquiry form to collect basic information on the proposed project. within three business days, i will respond via email with more information on what my services entail and any follow-up questions i may have.

2. discovery & research

now we start to discuss the details of what you want out of my services, including the end goal and actual assets involved. this is your chance to tell me about your company, its values, its history, and the audience you want to attract through your branding. if desired, a 30 minute video call discovery meeting can be scheduled. this is where i will start to research your company's industry, your target audience, and your goals.

3. proposal & onboarding

next, i will create a custom proposal detailing the timeline, budget, and deliverables for the project. once agreed upon, the client will be asked to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit and sign a client agreement contract.

4. direction & design

here's where we start to get into the nitty gritty of the design. firstly, i ask that my client fills out a more detailed questionnaire about the aesthetic direction they are looking for. once a direction is agreed upon, i will create 2 - 3 design proposals. this is the first draft, so clear and detailed feedback is strongly encouraged.

5. amendments & confirmation

based on the client's feedback, i will then make adjustments to come up with one final design that fits the client's criteria. after up to two rounds of feedback, i will deliver the final design proposal for confirmation and prepare all assets for delivery.

6. offboarding

after sending the final invoice, i will compile all final design files into a downloadable .zip folder. in the case of logos and brand identities, this will also include a brand guideline document. lastly, i ask that you take the time to give me an honest review for use on my website and social media!
